Delivery Costs

Delivery is calculated based on the total cost of your order. Please note: some of our items may incur a different delivery charge due to their size and weight.

Estimated Delivery Timescales
Please note, the below timescales are provided for a guideline only and may be affected by factors out of our control, such as postal disruptions or Customs involvement for international orders. We advise all our customers to order their items in plenty of time to allow for these factors to avoid any disappointment should they require them for a special event.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail’s First Class post service. Orders over the value of £50.00 will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery, for which a signature will be required upon receipt. Larger and heavier orders will be sent by Parcelforce48 service and this will be confirmed upon your booking. If you require the Special Delivery option, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can complete your request and send over a quote for this service.

We ship our items worldwide and your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Our orders are sent by First Class International Standard Mail, which doesn’t provide a tracking number for your parcel. If you require a tracked service, please contact us before placing your order with the items you require and your location, and we will get back to you with a full quote for this shipping option.

Republic of Ireland – First Class International Standard Mail – estimated 3-5 business days
Worldwide – First Class International Standard Mail – 6-14 business days

On rare occasions, international orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Please ensure that you allow enough time to accommodate this should you require your items for a special event as Vintage Twee will not be able to offer refunds on any items that haven’t arrived in time. Please see our Ordering Information page for further information on our Refund policy.

Import taxes may apply in certain countries and these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Each country has different regulations so if you are unsure, please check with your customs office.

A courier service may be required to send your order internationally, depending on the size and weight of the parcel. You will be advised of this upon your booking.

Please understand we cannot inform you of the delivery status of your order, unless you have paid for the tracked shipping option for which you will have received a tracking number to follow this online. It is the customer’s responsibility to check delivery timescales before purchasing.

Vintage Twee prides itself on the high standard of packing for all our orders so they arrive to you safe and sound. If you do encounter a major problem with the condition that your parcel arrives in, please contact us and we will investigate this further on your behalf with the postal service responsible.
